Very poor service, cant keep paper work proper. No return calls when they said they'll call us back. Yup we're all busy !

Great customer service, responsive! Would recommend Cecil and his team at Downriver Pools & Spas as our experience has been positive whether visiting the store for pool chemicals or out to fix a couple of issues with our skimmer.

they are amazing people cant say enough about how great they are and Cecil is always there to help and make great suggestions great pool liner also great job on the heater with extra valve thank you
