Great employment for those seeking their first full time experience. Work isn't difficult, you work Monday to Friday and get 3 breaks a day. This being said, I enjoyed my time with the company but lower management does tend to pick favorites and the company does not have much room for growth. I wish them the best with their future!

I have worked for CIS for almost two years, and I can confidently say I feel valued, appreciated, and supported. I come to work every day knowing the expectations of my role and I feel comfortable asking my superiors questions whenever I have them. The organizational culture is positive, professional, flexible and I have learned a great deal since I first started. I would absolutely recommend CIS to anyone with complete and utter transparency.
I have done a couple of labour disputes for the company, and I would suggest for anyone who is a licensed private investigator looking for work to apply with them. Specially for people looking for opportunities to develop their skills and experience. CIS was my first private Investigator employer.
