People's is horrible. Poor service, they steel gold off your rings and don't honor their warranties. Do not buy from them. Absolutely horrible. Contacting the better business bureau. Do not buy from them. Boycott people's jewelry! Thieves!!!!
TERRIBLE customer service. Warranty did not work when we ordered online. Ring didnt fit. Spoke to an agent over the phone. My fiance had to take part of the afternoon off to go in and return to get the right size. They kept him there for an hour just to issue a simple refund and then when it came time to order the ring in the correct size they would not do it. Despite having checked with an agent prior to be sure he could use my credit card for the refund and reordering. They treated him terribly, when I called to see if we could get it fixed over the phone, they treated me terribly too. Not usually one to complain but do yourself a favour, shop local and go to Pommiers. I have had bad service from them in the past and let it go but not this time. I have seen them become PHENOMENAL when someone older walks in but god for bid a 23 and 26 year old walk in, they treated us awful. Jokes on you peoples. We would have bought both our wedding bands with you plus my mothers christmas present.
Dropped a ring set off on August 19th, 2020. Was told 3 to 5 weeks due to corona. It is now October 31st, peoples will not answer the phone and the call i had 2 weeks ago led me to a tracker online which hasnt updated in 3 weeks. I cant even ask about getting the items back because there is no customer service. Update: after 3 more calls i got through. "ring is in progress should be done soon" and they cant just request it to be sent back in its current state. CROOKS.
