Terrible company. First off this is a purely francophone company. If you are English you will be treated as second class and don’t even think about applying for a promotion. It’s essentially a burn and turn operation, they hire and fire about 10 people every week. It’s gotten so bad they have to bring in international workers because Canadians don’t want to work here anymore. The products are low quality, they are a low cost meat provider for clients who don’t care about quality. Wages are at the low end of the spectrum and the union is essentially a disconcerted bully. This place is the best motivator as to why you should get an education. Good place to send a young kid to scare them into getting a career.

Management can be fairly bad and poorly run (often appearing careless), HR pretend like they care and help (often being unable to do anything anyway), and the union barely helps because of how powerless they are. The supervisors and superintendents have the mentality of “running a business” at the cost, expense, detriment, and overall happiness of the workers. The job has average pay, good benefits, however, the inconsistency of the job, the obnoxious supervisors/coworkers, just isn’t worth it.
