Do not waste your time. Go to Ottawa if you have to. I had surgery 12 days ago and I was experiencing some unusual pain. After researching it was ruled out that there might be a possible infection from the surgical site. I went to the emergency and was told the wait shouldn't be long. I was there from midnight to 6:45 am, riddled with pain and the best the staff can say is \I don't have the power to do anything.\ It was to the point where I am in tears because of the pain and frustration I was feeling. Nobody even checked my vitals throughout the night to see how I was doing. I got to the point where I was fed up and told the front that I was leaving. She told me oh it would be another hour before I get called. People who came in after me got seen beforehand. Clearly a patient with eye irritation is more critical than a patient who is reversing from recovery and having constant pain for more than 48 hrs.

Racial and judgemental. Absolutely disgusted and appalled, especially from a health care establishment. Word of advice, if you hate your job find another one. Peoples lives are at stake here.
