When we moved to Cornwall in December 2014 we purchased a house. We did not know anyone. The realtor gave us his name. We were very happy with André. He spoke French that was a plus. He did all our house transfer with no problems. He is a gentleman very easy to talk to. Today February 2021 we went to see him again. This time for our Wills. Again, he told us what was best for my wife and I. He called us the week after and it was done. One less thing to worry about.

The team is fantastic. Andre is super nice and efficient. We were impressed that they were able to do a very quick closing (with 2 weeks) for us. They managed to finish all the work even though there was some changes of the mortgage the last minute. Definitely would recommend.
