Dr. Patel was extremely helpful and is a knowledgeable doctor that deserves 5 stars. This clinic however does not. I booked an appointment online to apparently \save time\ Ended up waiting more than 1.5 hours after my booked appointment to see the doctor. Front desk staff unorganized, they even let it patients that came after me in first then when I asked her what was going on she said she will send me next. The front staff needs some training around communication skills.

Call ahead! Only been here a couple of times and I do like one of the doctors. He was very patient with me. Don't come later in the day on the weekend if you can help it. Due to COVID, I think they only have a doctor in for a window of time during the day that can do walk-ins, so they have reduced hours some days even on the weekend. A phone appointment isn't ideal here either because of the thick accents. Sorry but if you're giving me important medical information, the call quality in addition to the accents makes it hard to discern the information. Probably not going back for more serious issues.
