Terrible company they don’t pick up their phone nor do they call back. You’re basically paying into a service that’s doesn’t exist. Read the contract before signing cause they covered all ends stating even if they intentionally damage your property they are free from all law suits in the province of Ontario. I mean you have no chance to win. They also mention if you’re 60 days late payment they will make efforts to contact you. After 60 days they don’t call nor send a letter they do what they want with it. My credit card was compromised and they gave me a new number. I get billed annually I didn’t realize I missed cause of this. I received no letter no email or a call. They completely ignore my attempts to pay so I guess it’s going to someone else I’m imagining. One argument I can win is asking them proof of effort to contact us. They don’t even pick up phone nor responding to emails.

AVOID!!! 2 Children, 5000, plus 300 yearly storage fee - and no one answers or returns calls. No longer taking payments. Where are everyone's samples?

I have been paying these people for my daughters stem cells for over 15 years. They have over charged my credit card on multiple occasions. I can not reach them by phone or email. I sent a registered letter and still no response. I don't know how they stayed in business so long. Now what am I to do? They have our Stem Cells!! I don't even know if they are still viable!!

I've used this company for both of my children and paid a lot of money! Everything would be fine, except the company is no longer responding to my calls or emails. I got through once back in April and spoke the their rep. She was very unfriendly and stated they work from home due to covid-19. She told me to send an email request and I will get their response back. That was back in April, not it's July and no one got ever back to me. I am seriously worried about my money and what's happening with my storage...

This is very frustrating. The company cannot be reached via phone or email, only via mail. They aren't responding to letters either. I have no idea whether or not my kid's cord blood is still there or not. There is no communication whatsoever. Anyone has any suggestions on what to do? I am ok to pay their increased fees but I need an assurance that the stem cells are still 'alive' (not discarded).
