I’ve worked in customer service for years now and I can say the customer service that you receive at this wireless wave location is absolutely amazing!! They are always so patient and knowledgeable which made my experience getting a new phone and altering my plan a breeze. Every time I’ve walked into this store I’ve always had the pleasure of talking to Ileah, she is amazing!! If you ever need anything make sure you go see her!

We went to Wireless Wave and were assisted by Paul. He was very knowledgeable about Fidos specials and was able to recommend the best plan. He was able to explain the price breakdown so I was able to understand Fidos charges clearly. He suggested we sell our old phone back to fido and offered a store credit which was very fair. Also it keeps phones out of the land fills. We left the store with a new phone, cheaper plan and a new set of wireless buds. It was a good day. Strongly suggest you go visit Paul for your phone needs.
