Lot rent is getting higher and higher. Every month or so... much better if you have your own house lot... Not giving a NOTICE aswell if they will shut off the water in the whole park...

Older, large mobile home park. Not the best maintained as far as areas around each mobile home. Has a nice playground for kids . There is a swimming pool and a building for parties .
