I have been taking mat classes here for a couple of years now, mostly with Elisabeth. She is a great teacher, striking a good balance between being caring and attentive to each one's strengths and weaknesses, and pushing us to grow stronger. It has been highly beneficial for my overall physical well-being, reducing back pain and increasing mobility. The small group is friendly too.
