This little, rustic bank - now a larger, nicer looking branch- has not bettered its customer service. The hours are not convenient for a working person who needs to go into the branch, and when you do, the tellers are cold and disrespectful.

I have been a customer for over 5 yrs. Tried for a loan and the financial \counselor\ helped me because the loan manager was not in. Took over 3 months and she wasn't able to grasp the situation whatsoever. Not being able to handle the loan she had to pass it on to another manager. Because she had trouble understanding my situation I asked to see the actual loan manager instead. She got personally offended and then emailed her boss and fabricated a false narrative to achieve her misguided goals at making it difficult to apply for the loan. She also solicited her other business to me while I was there. A complete waste of time and energy. The branch assistant manager did not ask my version of the story. I was completely in shock in how he handled this situation. It seems this credit union operates more like a high school.

Lovely location ... nice ppl working there... I did not get what I wanted but it was a good experience. I would recommend trying it

Convenient location, with decent service. Try to snag street paring as the parkade can be quite challenging on the weekends or during peak hours.
