Went to this location to buy a hitch mount cargo bag. Saw it online for 59.99 Online it shows Curt branding but it is actually U-Haul badge. I was excited as shelf price was 49.99. When I went to pay for it she said the price has increased to 63.59. I told her shelf price is showing 49.99! She said they increased it to 63.59 and there is nothing I can do about it. I told her online price is even 59.99. I can purchase it online and pickup at this location. Again she said she can't do anything about price. I didn't want to argue over 5 as I was expecting to pay online price anyways, so I purchased it. However, it is common practice to honor shelf price and not argue with customer about pricing. I was looking to purchase the hitch mount cargo carrier as well, but will seek it elsewhere as I feel the customer service in quite poor.

Went to pu on a Sunday afternoon and was super busy as expected. Once we checked in the process went quick.

Very crowded, very busy, hard to drive a truck out of here without causing damage and NO place to park your vehicle that doesn't get you blocked in by people returning trucks or trailers. Understaffed. Ridiculous IR ceiling heaters that absolutely bake you when you're standing eighth person back in the line. I would go here as a last resort.
