Everyone at the barn door clinic is AMAZING! I Couldn’t be happier that they take care of my baby Blue! They’re kind, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and super responsive. I’ve been taking my puppy there to see Dr Ina and the amazing technicians since January and we already needed assistance so many times and they were so great with us. Through phone calls, last minute appointments they’re always taking the best care of my dog! Dr Ina, the technicians, the office crew are amazing souls and professionals and I am so thankful to have them in our life! If you’re looking for the best care for you pet, you’ve found the right place! They’re special people ️

My daughter and I dropped by for the grand opening. OMG it is just gorgeous in here. Lots of love, and understanding for human connection with our four-legged family members. I will definitely switch vets. Thank you Dr. Colleen and Dr. Ina

Don’t waste your money here. I brought my cat there after she had been having seizures during the night and her regular vet was fully booked and I couldn’t afford going to the emergency. The receptionist was not friendly and seemed very grumpy. Dr Ina just brushed my cat away because she is 19 years old. She didn’t offer any help or at least take a blood test to do some basic investigations. At some point during our phone conversation, Dr Ina just hanged up the phone on me because she had patients waiting. And this was just after a few minutes on the phone with her. So rude and unprofessional. The only friendly and professional human at this clinic was the veterinary technician. I would give this clinic zero stars if I could.

We are a business client of this wonderful place and I personally have worked with Dr. Ina for many years. She has always been there for me and my furry family. I truly know that Ozone Therapy that Dr. Ina performs gave my two wonderful dogs with cancer a few extra months with less pain. Her staff work very hard to coordinate our services and we appreciate them very much. Thank-you Barn Door!!

Thank goodness we found Dr Ina and her wonderful clinic! Both my dog and cats have visited now for their regular, annual visits. We love the low stress practices and approach to high standards of medicine. When my dog had an emergency after eating things she shouldn't have, we were able to be seen that morning (please call ahead so they can fit you in), received top level care right away and were able to help Porter out and feel better! We paid our bill and were able to get all the documents to submit our pet insurance claim. Porter feels so much better :)

We have been going to this Vet since he was a puppy. The clinic waiting area is small so to abide by covid rules you can expect to wait outside of the clinic while your pet is taken in by a Technician. My puppy is always well taken care of and happily follows the Tech. When your puppy is done their assessment usually a Tech will come out and speak to you. Be prepared with questions as they are often busy and you will have multiple touch points with different people. You might feel a bit overwhelmed as there is a lot going on, dogs coming and going, people taking payment and various Tech doing their best to explain the result of the assessment etc. Which is all done outside on the sidewalk. So if you need more explanation on how to best administer medicine, how to attend to your injured dog, what to anticipate from your dog’s behaviour and developments that would indicate poor improvement you might not get that level of care immediately, you may need to follow up afterwards and they will do their best to get you answers. Vet Dr Ina is very good and I would definitely recommend. The overall experience is excellent when they get a break from the fast pace and have the time to take care of you and your dog’s needs.
