Ever since I started going to Team One when they first opened years ago, Ma'am and Sir have always welcomed and inspired me. Amazing instructors whose teachings not only helped immensely with my athletic skills but with my growth as a well-rounded and confident individual. Their emphasis on building a healthy body and mind is so important and I can't recommend them enough to parents who are looking for after-school kids' activities. Team One's classes are also suited to all ages and skill levels! They have a Strike-Fit program for adults that I drop in occasionally and have always enjoyed. Whatever it is you want to try, their community and staff continue to be super supportive and fun-loving. (:

Ma’am and Sir are amazing coaches who care deeply for their students and help them reach their full potential. Being a family-owned operation, they know best how to interact with children. Personally, they have left such an incredibly positive impact on me since childhood. They have given me more than just Taekwondo, they have given me a space to mature and freely be myself. It has been more than a decade since joining, and their environment never fails to leave a smile on my face every time I walk through their doors. 10/10 would recommend. :)

We are very happy with Team One Martial Arts, very talented and dedicated instructors. Kids, teens, adults everyone is welcomed to practice at his/her own level of fitness. Appreciated so much that they offered virtual classes starting from the beginning of the pandemic restrictions when school were closed and kids had so little interaction with friends. Thank you Team One Martial Arts, looking forward to be back to normalcy.

If it wasn't for my gf dragging me to their strike fit classes, I would've missed out on some of the friendliest, yet most disciplined instructors I've had the pleasure to meet. I really appreciate that they are welcoming of people in all levels of fitness, but also never fail to encourage you to test your limits. If you ever needed a push in the right direction for your health and fitness, look no further.
