I showed up at the premises in the early afternoon with no appointment and they said they would be able to replace my windshield that day. The service was quick and the process very easy. The staff were all very professional and courteous. I even got a loaner car. I would totally recommend Rapid Glass for their service and professional manner.

Fantastic company, someone broke into my car's rear passenger side window, and I was able to get a hold of them to schedule a quote quickly.they gave me the option of dropping off a loaner car for me and picking up my car from my house, and what I appreciate more than anything was the professionalism and integrity of the employee who dropped off the car. I didn't catch his name, but he was a little over 6 ft with a black beard, the employee was super helpful in answering all my questions super courteous and had the integrity and respect for my car to let me know that he didn't feel comfortable driving manual that far. While it might have taken a little bit more time out of my day to follow him to the shop to drop off my car I appreciate how much that employee made me feel like my car was in the right hands of people that are going to care and respect my property. This has truly been the best experience I've ever had with having to repair something on my car

Had two windows blow out mysteriously! rapid's driver came out, picked up my SUV, left me a clean loaner car and when the windows were replaced (which was super fast!!) Brought my car back looking great! I expected it to perhaps cost a bit more because of the extra service but they were less than another quote I had! very pleasant staff, great service, and great pricing! Highly recommend.

I had my rear window broken into on my 2020 Toyota Corolla I contacted Trevor the owner he got back to me so quickly even though it was around 5 am I needed a quick turn around and professional service I have never experienced this before as I'm from Calgary but I have to say I'm lucky to have googled this man's business, great and caring and responsive with no hesitation he took my car in 5 mins at 8 am when he opened gave me a loaner car told me the quote and it never changed so there were no additional surprises. His loaner cars are in mint condition and safe. I had to write him a review as he deserves it. Shout out to all his staff and the administrator that took payment when I picked up my vehicle she was kind and great. Thanks again! Naz
