Mom and Pop .. need to send an important document to another province. But we have no experience with shipping. Staff was helpful and store deals with multiple shippers so we were able to find an option that suited our desire without forcing us to pay for a more premium option than we need.
This is by far some of the best customer service at a post office I’ve ever experienced. I walked to three different Canada post offices (the line ups were ridiculous) before landing here. They were able to assist me within minutes of me walking through the door. These fella’s helped me shipping a package full of stress in an easy stress free way. They let me wait for the confirmation that the package was checked into the system and handed me my tracking number personally so I didn’t have to continue stressing over waiting for the confirmation email. This is my new place whenever I have something to send in the mail.
I entered in The Post Net center with 3 boxes and not having the proper box. The attendant helped me to get the proper box and arrange for moving the items from previous boxes to new one. Although he was busy, he comfortably helped me through this process. When I was writing the address , He helped other customers, and then came back to me. Everything worked out excellent and everybody was happy. I had quite a good experience there.
The store owner charged over 400 for a package sent Oversees. Once I started to tracked the package and there were no updates and after 5 months my package arrived and the reason for the delay is that it wasn't sent properly. If any one sending packages send directly with courier services and in case of any issues you call Dorectly to them to get the issue resolved immediately a d when u use third3party you have no control plus you paying double the amount and if the package gets lost or misplaced you can claim the insurance. . The customer service at this location is very bad and very unprofessional. Never using this place ever in my life.
