Honestly one of the best experiences I have had when it comes to computer repair. Brought in a water damaged Mac and Max fixed it for a fraction of the price that Apple would charge, in a very fast and timely matter during the holidays, with updates in every step of the process. Can not say one bad thing. If you need your pc/mac repaired go to Max!!!!!

I am so relieved and excited. I had a new hard drive installed by apple and I lost all my remembered passwords. Most important to me was my email address. I opened a new one and struggled for six weeks to get it back. Today in half an hour Max Pro Tech came and resolved it after many had tried. I would wholeheartedly refer Mx to anyone with a difficult problem.
