I don't normally write review unless I have an extraordinary and personal experience about the matter. Recently, I have the chance to work first hand with Bosa properties and their contractors. Being an engineer, designer and artist, I have a critical eye on quality and aesthetics. I am in the process of owning one of the units at Lougheed Heights when I notice the slightest levelling detail on the balcony and the relative positioning between the floor and the drainage. Too picky of me... I do not expect Bosa to respond and act in the speed that they have done. Within 3 weeks, the contractors completely re-touched the balcony floor, adjusted the level with the drainage. When I re-visited the unit, I was blown away by not only their efficiency but also their workmanship. Now, I coined that unit - Bosa bun - I am not joking: the lunch at Bosafoods is as tasty as the unit! lol
