It is hard to write a review as I was never able to get my appointment. When I got to the clinic. The secretary does not even say hello. She says you’re X? It’s 55 your lady can wait outside which is understandable because of covid. I ask about direct billing to my insurance company. She rudely says « well it’s too late now!» ( I called yesterday and the secretary just said to bring the card to show the number.) what do you mean too late? Every time we have an appointment at a direct billing place they can prepare the document during the appointment. Well my card was inserted in the machine but the machine never worked. Then a lady comes out from her appointment. I'm in the middle of trying to pay again. The secretary cancels my transaction. Tells me to wait OUTSIDE while she takes care of the other person! Who was there after us. I join my wife outside. Try the card again but their machine never worked. She blamed it on MY card! Mmmmm I’m sorry but couldn’t it be that your machine only has the tap feature which our cards do not. Why blame it on the client right away! We left. Do know recommended this place, worst treatment by far.
