They are always very helpful. They patiently listen to what I’m trying to achieve and find solutions to get me there. Today the clerk opened packages and even went looking for random items in the back to test the strength of the magnet for the purpose I was buying it for.

Great personal service as always. Ordered on line and had curbside pickup. Inquired about a speciality product which they didnt have but he did offer suggestions as to where else to look.
Very good parking and lots of space inside. Since everything they sell is also sold online I would recommend buying online and just picking it up. It will be much faster. If you decide to buy your cool tools there be prepared spend more while they look in inventory to find what you need.
Great place for fantastic unique gifts no one else has to offer. They are open to 8 pm on Thursdays and Fridays. I came home today with gifts I am excited to give this Christmas. Lee Valley Tools is an annual go-to for me. Highly recommend.
Really lovely experience. Great helping staff. This was the first time I been there, it is a hidden gem.
