For instance he spent more time than expected to install a door which proved challenging and time-consuming; tackling it as if it was his own home. We had Hamid look after the painting of our apartment before putting it up for sale. He made the whole process very simple and did a great job. He was very conscientious and went above and beyond expectations. I'll definitely be going back to him in the future for more extensive projects.
Hamid is the best general contractor. When there is an issue to solve, Hamid will provide options, go through the pros and cons and cost of each option and enable me to make a well-informed decision. Hamid will also make sure the job is done. I remembered when we put in the nosing of the stairs, the color of the nosing did not match the stairs. Hamid re-sanded the nosing twice and made sure the color match. I would recommend Hamid to my friends with no reservations.
