Unless you know their catalog and the part numbers associated, you will be met with rude, condescending staff. I am a contractor and I know what I'm after, but still can't seem to spark any sort of professionalism in my interactions with them. I now drive further to another supplier, and couldn't be happier with the prices and willingness to sell me the best product they can. its amazing this place is doing as well as it is.

Very condescending staff just there for their half butted 8 hours. A few guys are alright but never my first choice for wholesalers. Only good for Seimens brand.
