I came in for a new phone plan and their agent named Regent was excellent. She made the whole process seamless and made sure to not leave out any small details so that I’m fully aware of my plan and what to expect. I also felt she was positive and enthusiastic which is always important in customer service.

This is a review for Fido in general. I chose Fido because I could use my old 1900 flip phone. Within 6 months Fido told me they are no longer supporting 1900 frequency. In person at the store couldn't help me. Phone help menus take forever to get to an agent, then a long wait. Website has no place way to leave a message to a real person.

Customer service "after sale" will be not recommended.....The sales guy seemed didn't know what they are selling...Lock of Products Knowledge... Customer go to store in person got to have a good reason ... Simply because customers need they help. Unfortunately, I didn't see much from their enthusiasm for helping customer ... Too bad the store rating getting decline. !!!

I've been calling every day during business hours and they never pick up the phone..... Sometimes it's busy and then when I finally get through it rings and rings but no one ever picks up. It's ridiculous!
