Management is lacking basic management skills. Company produces a sub par product, all they care about is their bottom dollar. They fire senior staff to accommodate lower paid alternatives and clients suffer.

Very interesting software company which specialises in dental software.
Just got off the phone with their upper level management. Our dental practice has used them for years. Half of our Dentist are going to another software. So we wanted to transfer some of the data out. I went all the way up their food chain. Their final answer is. We have never. We will never. Help our customers get their data out of our software. Why would we help someone get data out of the system so they could use another software. That is something we will never do and have never done. All I wanted was the notes for our clients. So disappointed in their policies. Before you start with these guys realize they will hold you hostage forever. And never let you go.
