Took our puppy there for her first grooming. We were very happy with the experience right from the beginning. The gentleman met us and asked us what we wanted and took time to show us what various hair lengths would look like. We will be back! UPDATE: So I tried to book my puppy in for another grooming and they were not able to book us in. Said they were fully booked for the next 4 weeks and only had 1 head groomer. We have a mini golden doodle so I guess they're a bit more work and I guess they don't want our business. I still rate them 5 for their work but am disappointed that they wouldn't take my dog again.
My dog Carlos is very hard to groom as he does not stand still and is constantly moving. I know how hard it is to handle him. My previous groomer went out of business so I started looking for a new groomer but unfortunately most groomers do not accept big dogs which is so unprofessional and strange. But dog station took my booth dogs in and they always make my dogs look good and smell good afterwards. If you have special requests you need to let them know, they follow requests. But if you do not bring them in for grooming for a long time then of course they will cut dog’s hair pretty short because the hair is matting and tangling and it will take forever to handle that. They are always busy and every dog has a time set up. And by the way: Hair grows back in couple weeks, there is no need to make a such big fuss! Put your dog a sweater on, no big deal! I think they are doing perfect job! Very friendly, taking special requests and my dogs come home happy:) Would definitely recommend this place.

This is my second time bring my dog there. I was pretty disappointed. The first time she got a such cute hair cute. This time she looks so sad and ugly. My dog was there for 4HOURS!!!And I though they were taking the time to make a good effort on the hair cut! But it looks like they just shave her and didn't even brush her well. Her fur were not soft and flurry. It's around 60 and I'm pretty upsad it took so long to with a such bad job
