Went here last Friday around lunch time based on the reviews I read. There was only one other person in the store and I thought I had to wait, but, I think it was the owner/manager, he popped his head out from his cublicle and saw me waiting. He got up and helped me. He was very courteous and had a smile on his face the entire transaction. The exchange rate he gave me was as competitive as they come. I told him that I used to go to the bullion exchange in Richmond but was so happy to have found his store. He gained my business, that's for sure. Thank you very much! I know that the banks or duty-free wouldn't have even come close.
