Dr Mithani is amazing! I’ve been to so many eye doctors and he is the best one I’ve gone to by far. Very professional and cares for his patients. It’s also relatively easy to get an appointment within a few days. While the centre is a bit far for me, it is worth the trek. Highly recommend

The store owner really stands behind his products and will assure that you’re satisfied with your glasses. I’ve had an issue where the lens would pop out of the frame. It turned out that the frame was not suited for my prescription lenses. When contacted, Dr. Karim took upon himself to help me find another frame and redid the glasses for me. Very satisfied with the service and the professional approach I’ve experienced.

Referred by my Ophthalmologist to Dr. Mithani, Optometrist @ Coquitlam Optometry Centre: what a great place when you need knowledge and experience to buy new glasses. Dr. Mithani took plenty of time for the examination and to answer my questions. Sam provided an amazing customer service. He helped me with the two glasses I bought and he is knowledgeable, kind and patient. After-sales is also great: on my request made Sam a comfort adjustment to the frames with the same kindness and patience. I definitely recommend this business.

Been our family's optometrist for over 5 years. The eye exams are always very well conducted and comfortable. The optometrists on staff are also very patient and friendly with young children. The receptionists are friendly in the phone and booking appointments is easy. Their sales team and customer service is top notch. This is all to be expected when you go to small locally owned businesses like this. I recommend anyone give them a try.
