We remembered that Nikolay had done work on a neighbor's house and we had his card. We were impressed first by his quick response to our initial inquiry (other businesses could take note!). He always answered calls or emails promptly. We agreed on a date for the work (with a reduction in scope - our choice) and on the appointed day, he showed up exactly on time and after a brief discussion regarding access he got to work. I should explain that our home is among several tall trees which shade our roof and contribute to moss growth. There are also a number of rambling roses growing along both sides of the house which form a thorny barrier to access. We also had not had the roof cleaned since a new roof was installed years ago. There was a lot of moss build up, especially on the section covered by trees. Nikolay got to work and long story short, did a great job. We were shocked at how much debris came off the roof. Nickolay also cleaned off the lower skylights on which most of the debris landed. He also did a great job of cleaning up on the ground. In the end, he stuck to his price (reasonable!). I hired Coastal Softwash Solutions to remove moss and algae etc. and to clean my roof after the original company I had hired dropped the ball. They did exactly what they said they would, when they said they would and the job was done exactly as they said it would be done. No mess was left behind and my roof looks practically brand new. I would definitely use them again!
As a first time user of this company I was very impressed by their start of the work to the finish.Company technician was on time and also describe in great detail the work to be done and the importance of all safety protocols that they put in place.The technician in our view has been well trained in customer service and also the correct procedures to clean our vinyl siding and all aluminum soffit and gutter facing of the house.When required again I will be using this company once again and very pleased with their work at my residence. Excellent job!! I dealt with Nikolay, very good communication, called before arrival and arrived on time. He did an excellent job cleaning my gutter and even did a minor fix on my gutter without charging. Extremely professional. Will not hesitate to recommend to anyone.
I had four corners of my gutters repaired because they were all leaking rainwater. After a few rains, I could say they were repaired perfectly. No drips. I also was sent pictures of before, during and after while the repair was being done. I think It's time to now order moss removal from my roof.
