Never any parking and the drive-thru never has envelopes and the traffic in this area is a nightmare.. I avoid going to this branch as much as possible. HOWEVER, the staff are fine and Coast Capital has been excellent to work with over the years.

I joined Coast Capital at this branch, nine years later I closed it here too. Abysmal customer service, even the branch manager doesn't care. Terrible roll out of their updated online banking. Coast Capital was more interested in becoming a federal credit union and raising fees every. single. year. The fees go up, customer service quality goes down. It's one of the many reasons I voted no years ago to a federal credit union. Oh well, not my problem anymore :)
I had my personal account here so I thought it would convenient to have my business account with them. But no! The two accounts were not linked. Coast capital also charges more for a basic account. After used the apps for months and deposit cheque with, all sudden I could not deposit cheque's with my phone via app anymore! Went to the bank despite’s they wanted us to stay at home during Covid-19. The representative told me that she could not figure why and told me to wait it out. Second month , I still could not deposit cheque's! Waited in line again for 30 minutes. Went to close to business account and guess what?! They closed all my cards without my knowledge! Why? They don't know?what? Ended up closing all accounts. Worse credit union ever!!
I had some issues with a cheque I deposited, Jessica I believe her name was got everything in order to fix my mistake, and gave me some awesome advice to avoid difficulties in the future
I will NEVER bank at his branch again. There privacy laws are uninformed to all banking policies. Won't give me a line of credit because i had a consolidation loan when I'm closing 85% of credit with my other bank including a line of credit with very good credit.
