The staff was so helpful! I was having issues with a camera mic I bought from another store and they pulled out all the stops to help me find the piece I was missing. They genuinely care about helping you find exactly what you need and it really shows. Highly recommend them!

Good customer service! But I'll never buy anything else from them. Purchased a camera bag online using the discount code. Invoice generated. By the time I picked up my bag. I was told the discount only applied to regular items which they made a mistake on the purchase online system. Not bother to waste my time to argue with them. Thanks for the fast response! I didn't expect they would care about this. However, Peter phoned me back to follow up my case. It's resolved. Based on the professional manner. I re-rated back to 5.

The customer service in this store is wonderful. They know the products and are not pushy. They take the time to answer any questions you might have and give valuable suggestions on picture taking. The store has parking right in front so you don't have to walk far. I have purchased several cameras from them and would go back to them again if I was looking to buy another one.
