Receptionist was super unprofessional and they need better customer service! Very bad experience! I was a new patient and I didn’t know that they just book for cleaning and charge you minimum 75 if you cancel your appointment, despite in their email for my booking was not mentioned( anything for extra charges) they just said, let us know ASAP. Then I asked for what is their next available time, she said nothing until next year, I said I would rather to see another dentist who they are able to do my filling as well and use my insurance accordingly, but she got mad and she talked loudly and very very unprofessional and said “ have you ever seen any dentist ? And used your insurance in anywhere else?” She was thinking she is the only one knows how to use insurance and works in Canada.

After changing many dentists I finally found the best dentist. Dr.Majd and all the staff members are the nicest people that you will ever meet. They will help you and give you the best options for you. I just wanted to appreciate Dr.Majd and all the staff members for helping me with literally everything. Thank you.

Dental appointments are not something one looks forward to but I have to say that my experience with the Bright Dental Clinic was as close to stress-free as you can possibly get. Absolutely pain free, even though it had been awhile since my last visit. The staff are so friendly and warm, the dentist (Dr.Majdzadeh)is very welcoming and open to your concerns. I would highly recommend this office, particularly to those who might get a bit anxious about dental visits. You will be so pleasantly surprised.

After changing a few dentists, today I finally found the best dentist that I can trust. And the staff and Dr.Majd are super nice and trustworthy. The last dentist that I went to two weeks ago, they wanted to either do root canal or pull my tooth. But today Dr.Majd told me that my teeth is all good and I don't need to do anything for it. I just want to appreciate what the staff and Dr.Majd did for me today, thank you so much .

After 25 years living in Canada,Finally I found the best Dentist Dr Majd an his great team specially the receptionist who is so professional and helpful.Dr Majd is so considering on costs for patients alongside the best quality of treatments.I feel so safer and more comfortable since I have been able to find Bright Dental Clinics and i recommend them to everyone.
