We are very happy with the shredding service. It went very smoothly and efficiently. The reason I put down 4 instead of 5 star is because staff were not wearing mask. I was wearing one. But the gentleman who took the documents from me and brought me the visa machine for payment had no mask on. He was very courteous but was standing and talking close to me. In this pandemic season, masking wearing should be mandatory especially in service business. We all know mask is not full proof in protecting the person who wears it but certainly protecting the people around him. So mask wearing shows that you care for the customer you serve.
We have worked with BEST Shredding for three years now for our annual shredding fundraiser as Friends of the Abbotsford Libraries. They have been exceptional to work with -- professional, courteous, but still upbeat, with smiles all the time. They've made suggestions which have & will improve our event. Everyone we have dealt with at BEST has been a pleasure to deal with - no exceptions!
