Terrible company. I wish I could give a minus star..They lost our keys and wont take responsibility for it. Laughed at me and hung up when we called to inquire as to what they were going to do to rectify the issue. He said im going to do nothing and said call icbc and hung up. 180.00 tow has now costed me almost 500.00 Stay away from these clowns!!! Please heed my advice. There are way better options out there than them.

Peter and Sunny at BC PRO TOWING saved my day. (Well, it was night time, but still..) I had been hearing mild sounds from my brakes for 2 days, and hadn't yet had a chance to take my car to the dealership because of the Christmas Holidays. Anyways, driving home from work the other night my brakes started making that noise again, combined with a burning smell, and I had to pull over. Turns out one of my front brakes. unexpectedly seized. It was awful as a woman alone to be stranded on the side of Barnet highway at night. It's basically in the middle of nowhere. I called a few towing companies and no one had trucks available until several hours later. Peter and Sunny to the rescue! Peter got his driver sunny out there after a lesser period of time, and towed my car safely to the dealership. He didn't even charge me! (but we paid anyways). They are good guys and went out of their way to help me. Thank you BC PRO TOWING!
Looks like drivers doesn't know how to drive and one **** almost caused accident on hwy changing lanes without even bothering to use turning lights. Going from HOV to turning lane \u200d️ 24.7 hwy 1 around surrey/ langley
New years night. Prime traffic hour and I find myself in sudden need of a tow home due to flooded roads damaging my engine. I left my car on the side of the road and got a ride home where I called Peter ofBCProTowing. Within an hour of getting a hold of him he had picked me up at home, took me to my car and then took us both to my repair shop. He was fast, friendly, and helpful. I couldnt ask for any better service on a New Years night. Best tow service Ive ever had. Thank you Peter. I really appreciate it.
Bc protowing is a great company. They took such great care of my car and should be your first company to look into when towing your vehicle or getting rid of one. Great service and good pricing.
