My parents needed their Frigidaire stove fixed up as something went wrong with the cooktops, it's an older model and lots of places we've called basically sent us off saying "it's too old, no parts exist...etc..." We called this company based on a coworker's recommendation as she recently had a washer serviced by them, and boy oh boy am I happy! The technician noticed the issue very quickly, and worked with us to quote us for the parts and labor, even gave us a few options on how we could repair it, and what each would imply. Very honest, very thorough, very awesome!

They communicated clearly and simply about their diagnosis and promptly repaired and tested the washing machine. In summary, the technicians were competent and provided the repair service in about an hour. Highly recommended.

My 14-year-old GE Fridge needs to be repaired because the defrost drain was clogged with ice. I searched for a good review tech and found Appliance Repair Coquitlam has a pretty good review. I called to make an appointment and was quickly set an appointment next day. The tech came on time and checked the fridge then told me this model of fridge build up ice quickly there's nothing he can do since I already cleaned up all the ice. He did not charge me and explained how this type of fridge works. Nice service nice person. Thanks!

All I want is Honest deal and this is what I got. Our fridge became not cold but freezer ok. The first repairman they sent was not able to repair and he didn’t charge us at all. Then when they sent another one with more experience, he identified the problem which was the heating coil for fridge defrost. Because the parts was not immediately available, they helped to defrost my fridge manually. Today, the parts arrived, they came and everything is fixed. Total bill comes to 380 which is much cheaper than getting a new fridge. Everyone is professional and polite. Thank you.

I am trying to figure out if this company is even legitimate. I called, booked and appt, sent the pics as requested, along with my contact details. They did not show up for the appt. I called and they said they had no record of the appt, my call or my email. So as I am re-booking the appt, I am told that they found my email and call in their history and could not explain what happened. So I set up another appt over the phone. They asked me to send another email and also send a text with all my contact information. I did both. And AGAIN nobody showed up. I tried to call back and I get a message stating the subscriber is no longer available - which I am not sure what that means. I send a text. No response. I send another email. No Response. So no I am very suspicious why they needed all the information from me. I have now hired someone else. BE AWARE.
