I have to say that my father’s cremation was handled efficiently and that the staff other than Preston Webb were compassionate and professional. Mr. Webb however was probably one of the rudest and most obnoxious person I have had to deal with in my life. He should find another profession that does not allow him to deal with the public. Please do yourself a favour avoid this man. There are other similar companies that do this service at similar cost.

Personable service. Cremation is done in Canada (unlike Amherst). Ashes were hand delivered. Would recommend.
I am truly pleased with the services provided by Preston and his team. First of all he was up front with what services would be provided and the costs. The were no extras or upselling of any sort. Most importantly, Preston made the whole process extremely smooth, and I felt he takes a genuine interest in helping, treating us with compassion, and the departed with dignity. Thank you on behalf of our family.

I would recommend them 100%. With the recent passing of my Mother, this company was amazing. Their kindness and patience was very appreciated.
