The associate who helped us was very helpful and gave us the best advise on how to choose a ring and what qualities to look for. It was a great experience and we left with a beautiful ring. I went to People's Jewellers today in cookstown. My wedding ring one of the stones had come off. I had such a great experience with the manager Allison and associate Natalia. They were so professional and had great customers service. I would for sure go to this location for any of future purchases and ring cleaning

I had a bad experience in sizing my diamond wedding ring with the company and as an angry and disappointed customer I felt so so valued, supported and protected by the amazing store Manager in Cookstown location, Alison. She was taking care of me and giving me the update of my ring status constantly. She exceeded the customer service support in her behavior and follow ups with their workshop. Human errors happens with everyone snd every companies but managing the situation is a great skill that Alison has. She is an asset to this company and I am happy to see People’s stores care about the customer experience by choosing these competent and strong managers like Alison. I wish her the best in her career as she deserve the best.

The absolute best People’s location to shop at! I refuse to go to another location after visiting this one. The sales team is very knowledgeable with the products they sell and welcoming - especially the manager ( Allison ) who has gone above and beyond every time I have visited the store. Would highly recommend!

I have personally had the best experience shopping at peoples. I recently got engaged and had some issues with my ring after resizing. I was very upset but the staff and management where very professional showed amazing customer service and went above and beyond to have my ring fixed to my satisfaction. I was very impressed by how they handled everything and in a timely manner. At the end of the day I love my ring more then the day I got it. I highly recommend shopping at people in cookstown outlet. I cant thank the staff enough.
