Thank you for making my niece's birthday special with the beautiful cookie basket! We our missing our family celebrations, so it was nice to have a unique delivery for her on her birthday. Order was exactly as on website. Had a little trouble when I was placing the order, and when I called the owners were warm and friendly when talking me through it. Will definitely order again!

Beautiful hand delivered gift to my elderly grandfather on his birthday. Fresh cookies are his favorite and since grandma passed they have been few and far between. Thank you for this service its hard to find places that deliver fresh goods with gift notes on the other side of the country .

I ordered the "Here's to You Cookie BouTray" for my Fiance's 30th birthday! Came with Beer shaped cookies, and an assortment of cookies at the bottom of the tray. They also attached balloons. You can tell it is a family run business and they were so lovely on the phone. They really accommodated me for my order and delivered on time making the birthday boy happy. The cookies were also tasty too! Thank you!

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this company! They are absolutely wonderful. You cannot go wrong ordering from them. Thanks to Cookies By Design, I was able to send my long-distance boyfriend a sweet valentines gift and he absolutely loved it. Dave called me personally to make sure he could get the shipping label to go through. When I had a concern about the cookies making it to my boyfriend's P.O box in a small town, I received correspondence via email almost immediately and it was after hours late at night. They even said if they don't get there, they will bake, decorate and ship new cookies to ensure he gets them as desired. The note I wrote to have sent was hand written... A beautiful personal touch (my boyfriend thought it was me lmao). Amazing experience. Will definitely order from them again and I encourage others to do the same.
