We were slightly apprehensive given that they are not located in Ottawa and that our events require very short timelines and an often-challenging venue. When choosing a company to execute AV for the 2019 Montreal Chinese Hospital Foundation gala, I was looking for a team with an insistence on quality and attention to detail that matched my standard. We worked with Contak AV for the inauguration of my orthodontic practice's new location downtown. The LED walls they put up in the entrance were captivating and made the event very memorable. In advance, they made that their power requirements could be fulfilled and they set up their cabling very neatly, which is not always the case in these situations!
