Good experience with the Philippine Consulate, went there for the appointment and accomodate me properly. Except in SSS department. Rate this 1 as not so accomodating. Went there Feb. 1 just to inquire and didnt accomodate me nicely as I have to make an appointment,, I understand that as due to covid I have to make an appointmentbut the Lady at the reception dont deliver them nicely to me. I told her I have a quick question but she said their list for appointment is fully booked i have to call them instead. Then I asked who's gonna answer the phone if you guys are fully booked? And then she said it is \me\ (the lady at the recption). So what is the point of calling her again if she cant accomodate me just for a quick question and already infront of her?. Very disappointing as I have appointment with the Phil Embassy at that time and they just sent me there just to ask question for the proper form for Death claim but didnt accomodate properly. Will never go back here.

Very clean and asthetically pleasing place. The staff were great and quite helpful for our time being there. There monitros promoting the beauty of Philippines which is a mix of ads and nature photos. The seats were comfortable and very modern looking. The walls are adorned with beatiful pieces of art focusing on somewhat historical notion and abstract thought. Theres also the photos of present and past presidency which is a great touch. There also a photo booth used for ids and such. All in all a great and neat place.

The website is informative and the lineup queues are clearly marked. They take great care in following the pandemic guidelines (health questionnaire, physical distancing signs, wearing masks, protective queue plexiglass). I find the staff members friendly and helpful, in person, on the phone, and online. I assisted my frail elderly mother in attending in person and the staff members were kind and respectful. Thank you (Mary Ann Jurado).

So disappointed, so I went to this office from my graveyard shift, only to find out that they decided to close yet google clearly says they're open, also no advisory on the website. I understand that weather is a bit heavy, but please also consider your clients who came all the way from wherever just to access the services you provide. A single advisory on your website would've been more appreciated than a guard handing a note saying you're close for the day. If I could only rate this place like the negative weather we have, I would. Hope you understand, no hate, just saying
