When reading the reviews a pattern is clear, and I personally experienced this as well. Their seems to be a disconnect with the people who answer the phones and the back office people, as soon as we talked to the man in the back office everything was cleared up and all is well. We have dealt with this office a couple of times and overall it feels like a government office , the back office people know 100% what they are doing and get it right!

Haven't been there personally, but I've called the Montreal and the Ottawa embassy and both were not great. I called here and they were friendly and not abrupt, and sent an email with all that I need instead of just telling me. It's refreshing after trying to figure out my Dominican residency stuff for a month
