Tried several times for days to get a hold of someone and no one answering, which lead me to believe no one working there, but yet the message read \someone would be able to answer your call between 9 - 12\ This place needs to revamp and placed customer focused people there.

People working here are probably the most incompetent, rude individuals I have ever met. They take their time when doing even the most simple tasks, they're texting on their phones, talking to each other, it takes forever to get a photocopy of a form that they make YOU fill out. But they also give out your personal information to others! The old grumpy guy thats always working there gave out my form, with my home address, telephone, NIS number, name, email, signature, finger print everything to another person! When I asked where my form was, he said he gave it to someone else, fill out another one. No sorry, no \I'll try to fix this and recover your information\ Then he tried to blame it on me, saying its my fault, and who cares what can someone do with just an address? The most unprofessional, incompetent, rude bunch of people working there.
