We had the best service encounter for renewing my in-law’s passport today. With covid-19 restrictions consulate office does their best to serve us with rotating staff. The officer was very helpful and went over all our documents to make sure nothing was missed. To our surprise it was Mr. Kapila Jayaweera who had been helping us through out the process as the frontline man. Mr.Jayaweera you set a perfect example to show that there are still good government servants in foreign service. I salute you sir!
