Terrible in-person service. I wanted to get a visa for family reunion, which was allowed according to their website, but the lady kept yelling all visas are suspended bc of COVID and kicked me out.

Extremely rude and vulgar, dismissive, condescending, arrogant, unprofessional person responding the phone ( if you get through ). What a shame.

Phones and Emails are not answered. Went in person and the young lady stated she could not answer phones, read emails and attend the public. Didn’t have anyone with her and refused to answer any questions.

Terrible service. They are friendly with their one people. They never answer the phone. For the visas, they tell you to end them by email but they never answer. And prepare yourself to speak \private\ information in front of everybody.
