I had an appointment in the early morning to renew my passport because I work during the nights and it was handy for me. Once I paid and they took my photos, their system crashed twice. So, instead of taking half an hour as supposed, it took almost an hour and a half because of this. They had to take my fingerprints and photos 3 times and this made my visit very unpleasant. My tramit was successful but I ended up too disappointed of the staff who didn't do much to try to be fast and efficient to fix the system problems.
