A professional customer service. Friendly people. The only thing that bother is the lack of automatic payment for service required. Right now you have to leave the consulate to a bank nearby to make any payment.

During Covid-19 you have to get an appointment with them by email. You can't just show up like you did pre-covid. [email protected] I wish they would mention that on their voicemail.

If you need to renew your passport be prepared to wait a long time. Staff seemed to be overwhelmed by the number of people they need to serve. Understaffed and poor customer service skills.
My process was really fast, I was renewing my passport and it was 30 min the whole process, the staff is very friendly and helpful, if I could leave more than 5 start I would do it.
