Service is fast and good. But I wish they had made it simple for people with PR in Canada. Lengthy and long procedure to get a 2 day visit. Also Rush services have off now. Edited..they do have a rush service (2days only) for 50 more I guess

I booked on line an appointment to renew my ID, because this happened awhile ago and I forgot the day and time. Also, I did not received any email confirmation about it to keep in mind, so I called today to find out and make sure I don't miss it. Unfortunately the person who answered, told me that she doesn't have access to verified the date. She told me to send an email, and they will answer via email. Expect an answer within a week.... So, If my app. is this week, I will miss it! Implementing advance technology helps, but also technology need from the human being to willing access to the system and be capable to perform as a \Customer Service\ and make sure to get customer satisfaction in the Institution that represent a country. If we call to the Consulate, if because we expect a solution to our call, and not to back to ground \0\ and back to the website.... Hope you will implement some changes !!!

Mixed feelings on this one. Service was good and fast. However I had to fly from Vancouver to Toronto to take a picture and figer prints. I don't know why they do't have a Vancouver consulate like every other Latin American country or at least allow for RCMP finger prints and mailed passport forms.
