DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I sought out a solution to my debt as with most Albertans I was caught in a bit a rift of job losses and layoffs. I was not able to stay on top of the sheer amount of interest otherwise reasonable debts were incurring. When I inquired they assured me I would be out of debt in a matter of 3 years. Having to source jobs for considerably less income then what I was doing previously, I struggled to make ends meet. But paying my debts was paramount to my financial situation as my future depended on it, (House Lannister knows what's up). Recently, I inquired to see how much was left with the intent to make a couple large contributions to spur myself past the metaphorical \finish line\ and breath a sigh of relief, unburdened by the suffocating budgeting that is a result of climbing out of debt. I was met with a \dead to world\ jaded voice that informed me that I was no where near my threshold of debt freedom. I was told 3 years... And I was informed this was a miscalculated \quote\, in no uncertain terms and that I Infact owed a sum that would take me a fourth year to pay. Unacceptable. Furthermore this empty voice then went on the recite details of my ongoing payments that were inconsequential to how unacceptable it is to be that off the mark of quoting someone the length of time it takes to get out of debt. This company is deceitful. Save yourself the trouble of playing a game of chance and keep looking for a solution elsewhere, I wouldn't be surprised if their 4 star rating is as fraudulent as their laughable \quotes\. I hope someone brings legal action against this company because nothing about my experience makes sense. Perhaps their only calculator was broken so they made a wild guess? If that's the case I underrated them because if their wild guess got them within a year of the truth they obviously deserve some credit for such accurate guessing.

Talked to a lady on the phone who worked for this organization. She came off as pushy and condescending when I asked about solutions to my debt, repeated multiple times that this was my only option to get out of my debt (to use their program.) After doing more research about their company, and reading reviews online, their service was definitely not going to work for me. (If you use their program you will get an R7 rating on your credit, which in turn will screw your credit for years, like claiming bankruptcy, something they won't warn you about themselves). I had a weird scammy vibe coming from the entire conversation, very glad I didn't go through will using them. THERE IS HOPE TO GET OUT OF YOUR DEBT, DONT FALL FOR THEIR SALES TACTICS, I made multiple appointments with financial advisors at different banks, made a solid plan to get ahead of my debt, and don't have to take a crucial hit to my credit, ruining future opportunities. Also, expect to be bombarded by phone calls and emails from them, even if you tell them point blank you're not interested, do not recommend.

Regret, regret and regret signing up for this!!!! Beware that this will ruin your credit. Was never told that this would put an R7 rating on my credit. I did not have bad credit and the only reason I did this was to pay off two credit cards.. I was not behind on my payments.. I just wanted to stop wasting so much money on fees and get rid of them as quickly as possible.. Consolidated credit does not ruin your credit , but the credit card company’s do.. unfortunately they don’t tell you this when you sign up and once you sign up you are locked in until it’s paid off and it stays on your credit for a while afterwards Because of this, we were not able to move our mortgage to another bank at renewal time and it ended up costing us dearly.., I feel terrible about this as my husband was very upset about it and I had no idea until they checked my credit rating ...

This company straight up lies to you in the process of creating an account with them. They told me my credit card would be paid in full and then I just have to make payments with them. Wrong. They told me there was a one time fee of 49 to create an account with them. Wrong. Its 49 every single month that could be going towards your bills but instead is lining their pockets. You get a really kind and patient person on the phone during the process of creating your account and then after that any calls you make to them you get really rude people on the line who dont offer much help. Upon canceling my account they told me it was canceled and then a few months later you will find out it never was canceled. Your credit card will be put on R7 which will destroy your credit just by signing up with this company. Think this company is a good idea? Wrong. Seriously people just talk to your bank. They can work out some kind of payment plan for you. Dont go with a shady company like this.
