Always polite and easy to deal with. They have been handling banking for me for years.

Paid off loan, they had 28 days to get their house in order. First of the month they withdrew another payment, have been forced to stay around 2 extra days at my expense to get this cleared up. Others have had trouble with this branch and Olds. Important to be vigilant.
