HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!! Only okay thing about this place is the pay. the managers do NOT care about employees lives or anything else other then making BIG money for AGLC. Favouritism is a HUGE problem and ANYONE willingly will stab you in the back.

I worked for Connect at the buildings known as Con 4(12704-184th St NW Unit 8 ,Edmonton) and the Cannabis warehouse Con 3(12622 184th St, door #24,Edmonton) The treatment towards the staff isn't that great in either of the buildings. The management being the largest problem that you will encounter. Some co-workers were good and some you couldn't trust because they're rats for the management. The industry was deemed an essential service during the pandemic shutdown. While most essential companies were paying their employees pandemic related pay, the staff didn't get that. Well not the hourly staff anyways.
This is a DHL run company that is overflowing with terrible management. Connect is an average place to work depending on which building that you're assigned to. The staff is being forced to work during a pandemic and not being compensated on any level. They do offer a decent benefits package. Oh and Connect offers opportunities to work at other DHL sites in the US. What they don't tell you is that it's illegal to work in a foreign country without proper permits. They instruct staff to lie to border officials about their intentions. So I wouldn't advise doing that!

Very mean people. I was turned away by gate security at 10:30 pm for 6 a.m early morning appointment. Couldn’t find any truck parking at any truck stops. Brought it all the way from California . These inconsiderate bone heads couldn’t let me park inside or outside. ELD is our problem not their ‘s as long as everyone keep cheating in logs and making it on time anyway. I will never come back to this place.
